The short answer: Use Discord’s official support form to request deletion of a deceased person’s account. The evidence required depends on whether you can write from the email attached to that account. A request from another email needs the account details, proof of death, proof of relationship, and your photo identification. Discord does not offer memorialization or account transfer.
How do you request deletion from Discord Support?

What should a deletion request include?
Discord's deceased-user guidance asks for the email address and username associated with the account. If the request comes from a different email address, prepare a death certificate or coroner's report, proof of the requester's relationship, and a valid photo ID or passport.

Can the family obtain messages or take over the account?
